Update 11/23/25: Wayne and I, Angie and Sean have booked our flights. Wayne and I are getting to Belize the Saturday before (family time) but we are all on the same flight back to Tampa. Angie and Sean's arrival details, and the flight we are all returning on is below.

When to Book

Book international flights into Belize City (BZE) and reserve your room at Coco Beach Resort (or Belizean Shores) as early as you’re comfortable.
Island hopper flights (Tropic Air / Maya Island Air) can be booked once in Belize.

Golf Carts & Getting Around

Plan on renting a golf cart for your stay to get between the resort and San Pedro town (about a 20 minute golf cart ride).

Packing Tips

Lightweight clothing, swimsuits, cover-ups, and something casual-nice for dinners.
Reef-safe sunscreen, hat, sunglasses, and water shoes or sandals that can get wet.
Snorkel gear is optional — operators usually provide it if you don’t pack your own.

Communication

Share your arrival details (flight into BZE) to the group text so the group has a sense of who’s arriving when.
